Just 2 minute's drive from the La Foux d'Allos ski resort, in a unique, peaceful setting, this superb, fully-equipped, fully-renovated family chalet 120m2 (136m2 with the 2nd living room-veranda).
Sleeps 12 people by adding the 2nd living room-veranda of 16m2 with its convertible 2 places in 140-200.
Chalet ideally equipped for families with retractable safety barriers for babies and children. Stop Free shuttle 5 min walk from the Chalet and only during school holidays
Large terrace facing south of 35m2 offering a superb view to extend meals and evenings, 2000m2 of land with playgrounds for pleasant moments outdoors, summer as winter: swing, slide, badminton, ping-pong table, toboggan (equipment and sleds baby-children-adults provided).
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen open to the bright dining room, 1st living room with fireplace and sofa bed convertible 2 places 140-200. 2nd living room-veranda with very large sofa, part of which convertible into a bed 2 places 140-20, box, television.

On the floor: 3 nice bedrooms (6 beds), including a master suite (walk-in shower) with WC. 2nd bathroom with WC.
Large garage 3 cars, storage space skis-equipment, devices warmer boots-ski gloves for 12 people.
Cleaning done by professionals, the beds will be ready on your arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided (except for bed linen).
In summer, barbecue with charcoal provided, full utensils.
A deposit of 2000€ will be required. The rent does not include the tourist tax or the cleaning and laundry fee, which will be charged to the holidaymakers.
It is required to make a reservation at least 6 days before the desired arrival date.
