Just a minute's drive from the La Foux d'Allos ski resort, in a unique, peaceful setting, this superb, fully-equipped, fully-renovated family chalet 120m2 (136m2 with the 2nd living room-veranda).
Sleeps up to 12 people with the addition of the 2nd 16m2 living room/veranda with its 2-seater 140cm sofa bed. Chalet is ideal for babies and children and has safety gates.
Large south-facing terrace of 35m2, 2000m2 of unoverlooked grounds with play areas for spending pleasant moments outdoors.
A free shuttle service departs from the accommodation. This service is available to pedestrians and skiers during the Christmas and February school holidays (2 weeks in zone B).
Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen opening to the bright dining room, 1st living room with fireplace and 2-seater sofa bed. 2nd lounge/veranda with 2-seater sofa bed. Storeroom, WC.
Upstairs: 3 pretty bedrooms (8 beds), including a master suite with WC. 2nd bathroom with WC.
Large 3-car garage, ski and equipment storage area.
To get to the ski resorts without taking your car, there is a free shuttle service right next to the accommodation, during school holidays only.
Professional cleaning, bed linen and towels provided, beds ready on arrival.
A deposit of 2,500€ is required; the rent does not include tourist tax or cleaning and laundry charges, which are payable by holidaymakers.
Reservations must be made at least 6 days before the desired date of arrival.
